Design
Plans, elevations, time slots, and a fixed-fee proposal. You sign proposed drawings, not a brochure.
Build
A single project lead, a sealed schedule, weekly walkthroughs, and a commissioning day before final invoice.
Aftercare
One-year workmanship warranty. TB&K covers issues related to the labor or installation workmanship for one year after the project is completed. This does not usually mean product defects, which are typically covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
